They gave me a room on the third floor that resembled a stable
Dark, outdated furnishings, ancient bathroom with shower that takes at least 5 minutes to get hot water out.
Breakfast staff friendly and professional
Absolutely not adequate for the price I paid! (113 euros for a single)

Very bad, very bad, the worst hotel I have stayed in for so many days in Europe, not one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for so many days. I was told to pay an extra 5 euros a night for the air-conditioning and abnormal noise. I have to give the room card to the front desk. This is the first time I have encountered such a hotel. Adequate! The room was very clean and the staff was nice. But this supposed 3 star rating is ridiculous. The hallways were a bit loud, as the marble floors really echo the sounds of doors closing, suitcases rolling, etc, so if you are a light sleeper I would definitely bring ear plugs and a white noise machine. Old fashioned does not begin to describe this place, but hey, you came to Rome to experience the past. It's fine for a frugal traveler, but I would not bring an American girlfriend here.

The hotel itself was in an older building; there were 3 different hotels in one building. Access to the hotel was confusing. Definitely an older hotel, be ready to be in small spaces even as you access the 2 person elevator. The rooms were modest but clean with average confortability. The best part of the hotel is the access to the main Rome train terminal, Teemini, which is less than 10 minutes walk. Staff is ok , and somewhat cold and rude, however , accommodating .

Great location next to the metro and train station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the air-conditioning system didn’t work well.

Everything about this hotel was disappointing. You see the room they use to advertise in the pictures and you think you would get a room that big. Well you dont, you get a much smaller room. The mattress is the worst mattress I have ever slept in. Its uneven and my back hurt a lot the next morning. For charging over two hundred a night they could at least have decent mattress.
There is a lot of noise both inside and outside. I understand outside is unavoidable because this hotel is right on the street, but inside is mainly from the doors being closed. They are very old doors that lock upon closure.
Finally, you have to open 4 different doors to get to your room, you have to leave the key at the front desk and ask for it every time you go in and out.
Check in says starting at 12pm but they do not let you check in until after 2pm. Beware!

Hotel, I’m never complain about everything thing, first time mistake in my life, to come in this hotel. For you, if you’re at on your website pl don’t put this one on your website. I know your do your business. I common people don’t come this hotel. First the hotel to far away from everything, one guy there so l the room to noise. I
