The room itself was fine for a solo traveler, clean and comfortable enough, but the overall service left a lot to be desired. Some of the basic amenities listed weren’t actually provided, which was disappointing. The real issue was with the staff – they broke my luggage and then denied it, which was incredibly frustrating. I also found the front desk team not very accommodating or helpful when I raised concerns. The location is okay, but unfortunately the poor service overshadowed the stay. A real shame, because the room had potential.

Ok hotel

The hotel is near the Vatican and you can walk to St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museum. It is very convenient to queue up early in the morning. The room has a bathtub to relieve the fatigue of the journey.

Great hotel. It's very close to visit the Vatican and St. Peter. The rooftop is so beautiful. Breakfast is almost the same as the Italian ones. Bread, coffee and ham. The only drawback is that there is a slight shaking due to the train passing underground.

Clean, I recommend!

This is a hotel that has been here for many years. The room I stayed in was small but it was fine for one person. The breakfast bread was delicious.
