It’s sucks. There is writing have a pick up service but nothing. I call them in the airport a lot of times no body answer. And took 50$ for the late check in. ***.

The location of the hotel is good. It is a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum and walking distance from the main attractions. The farthest one is almost 20 minutes. To get to the Vatican, take the subway in Republica. There are many restaurants around, and there is a CONAD supermarket diagonally opposite, which is convenient for shopping. The hotel is a bit old. After staying in so many European hotels, I am used to it. Don't compare the cost performance with domestic star hotels. The elevator is very old and you should only take it unless you have luggage. The room is relatively large and has a balcony. Hygiene is also good. The service is very good. The guy at the front desk will recommend many restaurants. If you have any questions, he will reply via WhatsApp instantly.

We were informed after the cancellation date that if you arrive at the hotel after 8 pm you have to pay a €30 late arrival fee (it is €50 after 11 pm). Had we known before the cancellation date we would have cancelled. So what at first appears to be a reasonably priced hotel is actually expensive.
We really resented the deception and dishonesty. It’s a really mediocre hotel. With the added hidden fees it is not worth it!

Stay at property had some high and low points.
Room was clean and extremely quiet. AC for room worked great. Bathroom had interesting issue with sewer odor. We realized to cover shower drain and smell disappeared. beyond that room was nice and clean. Bed and bedding however were past their prime.
The location was incredible for local food and service. Grocery across the street. Colosseum , Pantheon, termini train station, metro and Trevli all about 10 minutes away.
Note there is no breakfast in the hotel but many places within a block with breakfast service. Be sure you go over the mini bar if you stay there with the desk. Mine was not stocked fully and I I got charged for items that were missing. Not really worth fighting about but left me with a bit of negative on my last day.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size and condition of the room given the fact that it was in Rome with old architecture :) The bathroom was very clean and spacious but throughout the day there was an outdoor that seem to get stronger. If was tolerable, just weird. Staff was amazing and very helpful!! Location was perfect, easy to get to nearby attractions and the subway :)

I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights for my husband and I and one other couple. We couldn't have been more happy or more impressed with the quality for money, the location, and the meticulous cleanliness. The hotel staff were outstanding! They were in constant communication with me about our stay, which was very reassuring. They sent us recommendations for dining close by and helped us navigate the bus route to the Vatican City. They booked our airport transportation to and from the hotel. They made sure our every need was taken care of. I highly recommend and would return to this hotel when we visit Rome next time.

The staff at Hotel Artorius was accommodating, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, immaculate and well appointed. The hotel’s central location, close proximity to shops, restaurants, gelaterias and attractions was amazing at a great price point. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to stay in the heart of the action in beautiful Roma!
