Very convenient location, close to bus station for any direction and 15 minutes by walking from subway. Silent room, clean, with a small kitchen, cattle and fridge. Very good breakfast, Perfect service, nice and friendly staff. Parking is a bit complicate as space is narrow.

This hotel is probably 20 mins on Bus route 30 away from the centre but easily accessible. The staff were incredibly helpful and could not do enough for us, Juan in particular. The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday, oddly for a room with a microwave and sink there were no utensils. We had a really good trip. Breakfast was standard continental and coffee was amazing. Thank you for your amazing hospitality

I was a regular customer of Residence Colombo 112 and I have pleasant memories of the very kind staff, especially Arianna and Massimo. Management changed and it became a 4 star, with the rates of a 4 star... The problem is that I didn't find the quality of a 4 star. Cleanliness is not impeccable, wi-fi is not particularly good and the mattress is old. For the same rates I recommend the Caravel, sorry. Friendly reception staff.

Aparthotel with impeccable service... They know how to receive people and take care of them The staff is extremely professional, always ready to help you, to offer you a real Italian espresso, to take care of your tourist reservations at Rome ect... Plus they all speak several languages. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff is excellent. I loved it and I highly recommend it.

The hotel has been closed for about 3 years, but I remember the nice stays spent here. Above all, I remember the kindness and professionalism of the good Massimo, who now works in another hotel. I also remember the sweetest Arianna and the cleaning lady Antonella.
