clean, comfortable, quiet. However, access is tricky,roaming data is needed to call the guy to let you in. Then, there is the deadlock issue, they should tape it so no one locks you out. The toilet is broken

The host of this hotel, which isn't even a hotel, more of a hostel (Nicola) was demanding payment upon arrival when we had already paid on ***********. He hovered over us in our room arguing for almost 40 mins. We had to get a representative on the phone in front of him to explain to him that the payment was still processing as we had just booked the hotel 4 hours prior. He then showed up the next morning in the same clothes stinking of BO to check us out, said a taxi was on the way for us when we requested he call us one to get to the airport and left us on the street. The taxi didn't come for another 20 mins and we had flights to get to. Very disappointing to say the least .

Sono stata in questa struttura durante un viaggio di lavoro. Posizione comodissima a Trastevere. A piedi si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche della città. Le camere sono confortevoli. Molto disponibile il gestore che mi ha dato ottimi consigli e ha tenuto in deposito il mio bagaglio durante tutta la giornata. Consigliato.
