The front desk gave me a room on the first floor, close to the front desk and the road. The music played in the restaurant on the roadside was very noisy at night, and someone talking at the front desk in the early morning could be heard in the room. The sound insulation was average. The towels in the bathroom were not clean and had black stains that looked like footprints.

The location is in a prime residential and hotel area with fewer tourists. It takes only 15-20 minutes to walk to the Spanish Steps and other places. The room size is small, the decoration is relatively modern, and it is also owned by Hyatt, so the quality is guaranteed. Breakfast can be zero is very convenient. It is very pleasant to have dinner in the restaurant on the roof, and you can see the beautiful sunset over the ancient Roman city. The nearby department store is a 10-minute walk. Although it is not very big, it is very cost-effective to buy daily brands and local Italian clothes.

Stepping into the room, I looked around and saw the colorful lights lighting up my gray night. After looking around for a long time, I didn't find a bottle of purified water, a disposable toothbrush cup in the toilet, or a useless toothpaste. I used a hard toothbrush to give my teeth a bath. Wow, when you turn on the hot water in the shower, cold water comes out. You can’t tell me it’s really amazing. This phenomenon-level scene rarely occurs in reality. It is recommended that this hotel be awarded a Nobel Prize. It is difficult to imagine how to use the hot water valve to pass through the water heater, and the final flow out is cold water. Brilliant, this hotel is really underwhelming in such a small place.

The hotel is located in a perfect position, 200 meters from via vittorio veneto, the heart of Rome. Very modern hotel with comfortable rooms, very comfortable mattress and pillows. Large TV and in the superior rooms also an illy coffee machine. On the other hand, I didn't like the breakfast in terms of both sweet and savory choices but the service was good and freshly squeezed orange juice was prepared for me at my request at no extra cost, which is not obvious!
