It's far from the city, you need a car to get there. It's a farm villa in the suburbs, with a huge yard and good air. It's suitable for vacation. I only stayed for one night because it was cheap. The oranges in her yard are so sour that I can't eat them.

Beautiful structure immersed in nature, large rooms where they leave breakfast with a kettle and some biscuits with jams, we had a great time, we will definitely return, the only flaw was the air conditioning was too noisy

The hotel is very pleasant, you feel that an effort has been made to make you comfortable. Transportation is not difficult but it takes a long time. If you have a car, do not look elsewhere.

Perfect, except…it is so far from Rome like 1.5 hours at the soonest. 2 buses and a tram ride. (Our experience with the drivers and workers who we asked about which bus was completely negative.) First attempt at getting here took 5 hours instead of 1.5 due to bad directions from employees of the bus company. Closest restaurant is 2.5 miles. Otherwise it is beautiful, private balcony and private bathroom.

We are not there, 70 euros for a room with a bathroom from which a terrible sewage pipe came up. Very spartan room, peeling walls, mosquitoes galore and ants that passed through the room. Three stars for the courtesy of the owner, the rest is worth 2 and paying 70 euros for a room like that is a steal.

Let's start from the location villa in the countryside fortunately there are no insects. The villa seems a bit abandoned, very large large room but to be reviewed as there is a sewer smell in the bathroom, leaky shower and some cobwebs on the headboard, rooms not soundproofed every now and then you could hear from other rooms. For the rest very kind owner and staff.

An enchanting Villa immersed in a fairytale park! The style and elegance of this environment is unique! Everything is taken care of in the smallest details! The Suite where I stayed with my daughters is absolutely beautiful! Great care and cleanliness of the rooms. The attention to our every need was immeasurable. Mr. Alfredo, then, is such a friendly person and very attentive to the well-being of his guests! A place worthy of "10 and praise" that I highly recommend!

Beautiful villa lost in the countryside.. large room, huge hall and free private parking.. Wi-Fi.. in short, everything is very nice at an exceptional price.. one night without breakfast 63 euros.. but there is a mini bar in the room. A kettle, a coffee machine, jams, tea and biscuits.. a functional bathroom and a large balcony.. try it because you will feel good!!! They accept cards..

Fantastic experience. Availability and courtesy of the owner. Very clean rooms and a dream place. Ideal for those who have children and want to easily reach Zoomarine. We will definitely return for a longer stay too.

First place where we stayed in the 2023 holiday, we had a very good time, the suite was very comfortable, there was everything, including a giant screen video projector. Clean room, very kind managers. Large free parking.

Dilapidated villa is very beautiful located in a quiet area, but unfortunately in need of renovation. Very noisy air conditioning, broken door that did not close, clogged sink and towels with a musty smell. Fairly clean environment. Very polite and kind owner. I'm sorry for not having given more but it needs to be renovated because the potential would be there. One last thing to check the pines at the entrance because we don't think they are sick.
