The decor is very stylish, the place is easy to find, and both parking and transportation are very convenient – truly commendable. The overall experience was great. Check-in was very professional, and the gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally kind. There's a restaurant right next door that, to my surprise, even offered a Chinese menu. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable for Europe. It's true that the cost of living in Italy is lower than in France and Switzerland.

The single room was absolutely stunning and offered incredible value for money. Its location, just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini, is absolutely superb. Most importantly, all the room facilities were impeccable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The room itself was spotlessly clean, tidy, and quiet. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and eateries right downstairs.

The room was a tad on the small side, comparable to some Japanese hotel rooms, but it was perfectly sufficient for two. If you're traveling with large luggage, fully opening suitcases might be a bit of a squeeze. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel's location, right by the train station, is incredibly convenient for public transport. It's just a 5-minute walk to the hotel from the train station if you're arriving from the airport. Also, there's a delicious crispy pork panini place nearby. A little tip: the bread can be a bit tough, so you might consider just buying the pork filling and putting it in your own bread later!

Overall, it was a decent stay that met expectations for the price. Cons: 1. The location is average, as it's nestled within a cluster of other hotels. 2. Nearby dining options are mediocre, and there are no proper supermarkets in the immediate area. Pros: 1. The breakfast spread is extensive and caters well to Chinese tastes. 2. The quadruple room was spacious. 3. The boat ride was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and quaint, traditional charm.

Location is convenient in terms of close by termini train station, some coffee and restaurants nearby. Stuff very nice, the room was quite small but big window and comfortable bed.

The hotel is good, but the surrounding areas show too many homeless around the station, and there are no fancy restaurants or bars. But the hotel is good, and the cleanliness is well.

Close to Roma Teemini and easy day trip to Florence, Tivoli. Not far from many tourist sites, about 15 to 30 minutes walk or a short taxi ride to Vatican. Did not take public transit, should be a lot.  The room is very clean. Follow the recommendation to get a quiet room, which is pretty good overall.  Tried breakfast one day, great variety and good quality. You can see some beggars near station. Overall did not seem to bother much. Some good gelato around. Some min market is good price. Some  overcharge. Use FreeNow to call taxi. Otherwise, even the official white taxi may overcharge you. Hotel is great. Recommended.

The hotel location is wonderful we had an awesome stay they were very helpful and pleasant especially with our luggage not arriving at the airport and were very helpful

The room was very clean, it smelled nice, the bed was comfortable, the desk service was friendly, and the location is a 5 minute walk from the train station. The hotels around Roma Termini station are really hit-or-miss. Some are very pleasant, and some are “functional” and nothing more. This one was a hit. I would certainly stay here again as a solo traveler. But because the room was quite small, families and couples should be sure to book a larger room. For anyone looking for a staging hotel before a train ride, this one was great for that purpose.

The two Italian gentlemen at the front desk were very handsome, polite, and attentive. My sons said this family room was the best choice we made for our European trip! What's more, it's conveniently located, and there are many good restaurants nearby. While there were indeed homeless people under the train station steps nearby, that's common throughout the city. The most important thing is to be mindful of your own safety. The hotel itself is safe, so you can feel completely secure staying here.

It's a popular choice among Japanese travelers, not just Westerners, and the surrounding area felt relatively safe. The front desk and concierge staff were particularly friendly, which left a wonderful impression on both my child and me. Definitely recommended.
