The hotel butler was amazing, a very gentlemanly old man in a suit and tie, who helped with luggage upstairs and downstairs and explained the room facilities. The hotel is a boutique B&B with a great location, close to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and many luxury stores. There are many good restaurants and bars downstairs, which is a great experience.
