The hotel was well located if you want to be next to the central station, the beds were comfortable but the rooms are not well isolated, the light goes through the bathroom glass door into the room in the morning and you can hear everything that is happening in the hallways outside.
Staff at reception are very helpful and polite but that was not the case sadly for the breakfast lady.

5-7 min walk from the Rome Termini so good location. stylish but the its rather petite. Rooms quite small and room amenities are basic. Their sister hotel NYX in Milan is much better IMO.

The front desk service is okay because the location is very convenient, but 2,000 a day is not cheap. This Leonardo is completely different from the British one. But the environment, sanitation, and facilities are not generally weak. The Royal Leonardo has been living in the UK, and the ones in Italy and Spain are really weak. Even though the room is small, there is no soundproofing, and the facilities are seriously aged, just like a big hotel... The quilt has a peculiar smell and is itchy when covering it. The area around the bathtub is dirty, the faucet is broken, and the quilt is allergic. If you must stay, I recommend the front desk. Don't give the first room. It feels like you haven't lived in it for a long time. It's a lot of dust and the facilities are seriously aged. I didn't even dare to use the towels!

We booked because of the good reviews but I do not believe the reviews are accurate. We had very large bags and there are seven steps to the lobby with no ramp and no staff to assist. We then check in and meet very unfriendly front desk staff. The door to room was VERY hard to open and we thought the key was not working but was actually just a crappy door. We booked a 3 person room that included a pullout sofa but it was not made up and there were no sheets in the room. Fortunately, the linen closet was just across the hall and much like everything also had a broken door so we helped ourselves to sheets. The sink and shower both drained very slowly so I showered in ankle deep dirty water. At least we were only there for 5 hours before our flight.

Excellent location, just 3 short blocks from Termini. Rooms are tight but have all the amenities and some touches with ice lighting. Front staff is very helpful; one even helped me find a great barber shop. Bed was a bit firm for my taste. This was my second time staying here and it’s been great both times.
