We arrived at 6:30 pm for check in and the door was closed. Beware ! There is no office opened. Only until 4:00 pm and then they leave. We had to contact the manager by whatsapp and wait until he responded. We were so tired! We finally were given instructions on how to get in, to find a room that was soooo small, the shower was unbelievable, tiny , you struggle to get in and get out. Worst night ever, The Air Conditioning did not work. Next morning we told the manager and he said he was going to call a technician to what we said… no way! We need a new room. He finally agreed and the room was a little bit bigger with AC working great. There is a bar-restaurant below and you can hear noise through 3:00 am. Their windows are not sound proof like they post on the information. We will never ever go back to this Hotel. The only thing that is good about it is the location which is the Historic center of Rome.

The hotel was unexpectedly closed. Which was not communicated to us at all-when found out from a note pasted on the door telling us our reservation was transferred to a different hotel. Would’ve been nice to know before dragging our luggage in the opposite direction, but this place failed to communicate anything. Other hotel (Torino) was meh/ok

They should warn you that the hotel is closed, they accept online reservations, the confirmation email arrives, you arrive at the door with your luggage and you find a printed sheet indicating the closure and to go to another hotel almost 1 km away. distance and of poor level,

We booked but once we got there the hotel was closed for renovations. Outside the door there was a notice announcing that the reservations had all been moved to the Torino hotel which was not far away. I would have preferred to know before.
