Lovely environment and close to everything! Location is amazing and the bed quality was awesome!!! I wish I can bring the mattress with me. We loved it.

Lovely hotel with a great rooftop bar and restaurant. Great location...we walked everywhere. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is great. We enjoyed having drinks on the rooftop bar...great view of Rome!!!! Go and enjoy beautiful Roma!!!!

BEWARE! Your luggage is not safe in the lobby of this hotel. My fiancé’s bag was stolen as we were checking in. Our bags were at our feet and his bag was taken without us seeing, whilst we were signing the paperwork. They replaced his bag with an empty bag. The hotel did not seem bothered and said they had no CCTV. They later said there is CCTV but only the police can view it. The receptionist said stealings happen a lot in the lobby at busy times. Also, the shower didn’t work properly in our room. However, the sky bar was nice.

The only positive note about this hotel is the staff. Always smiling and helping to accommodate your requests. Location is great. Rooms in the front of the hotel are extremely noisy. I found it also very overpriced. Corridors are left with paint all over rooms are not maintained at standard. Definitely not going back.

Great area , everything was close to the hotel .Great housekeeping service, our sheets and towels, were changed every day and our rooms were cleaned daily!Very friendly and polite staff in Reception and the Bar !!In the area with all the opera theatres !Walking distance to the metro station and Mc Donald’s 😜

After trying to get ahold of someone, anyone at this hotel trying to retrieve the belongings I accidentally left for about 3 weeks now, I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone. I don't even know why they bother putting in an email address, what's up information, fb page etc. I suppose this is all for show. But beware everyone, if you ever accidentally leave out some items at their hotel, you will never be able to get it back. I'm learning it the hardway. This hotels customer service is non existence

In the heart of Rome! Nothing else good! Very old building with broken furnitures. Very dirty and cold room. The bathroom has a lot of mold. See the pictures of the visitors. They are all true. The breakfast was very simple.

Terrible hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. No Air conditioning as stated. If you want air you have to leave the window open which is awful because of the noise. We left our bags in the care of the hotel because when we arrived our room was not ready. They returned other guests baggage to us then had to go find our bags. Staff was extremely lazy, had 2 call 2 times then go downstairs because we checked in to find cigarette ashes in our bed. This hotel should not even have 2 stars.
