Excellent place to stay to see Rome. Depending on how much walking you can do, you can even walk to the colosseum in under 40min. It’s only a 10-15min. walk to the Vatican.
The grocery store next door plus the kitchenette make this a perfect home base for your whole trip. The manager was easy to communicate with over WhatsApp and extremely kind and helpful.

Very good hotel apartment with kitchen we stay 6nights, we having breakfast every morning, the staff is very friendly
We love it so much to stay here....walking distance to jollibee, mcdo train station and everything... i recomend 100% to stay here.

Cosy stay in convenient area
Everything was fine. Communication was at a bit delayed prior to arrival, with some questions taking many days to get any response. But from the day of arrival onwards, it was all fine.

Great location! Walking distance to grocery, laundromat, restaurants, shops, the Metro train, and Vatican City. The apartment was clean, but the bathroom had mold on the ceiling that needs to be removed.

Was very close to the sights of Rome. Person checking us in took the time to stay late and make sure we made it into the hotel with our flight arriving late. Breakfast was delivered and a nice local touch. Staff was friendly and made every effort to help communicate with us in English and use a translation app if we couldn’t figure it out.

Adelle, at reception, is pleasant and helpful.
The room itself was disappointing. It has nice floors, but they were dirty. It has air conditioning, but it is too weak to have any effect on the temperature of the room (27C during our stay). It brought it to the attention of management but nothing was done. There was mold in the shower. The property description indicated rooms were cleaned every 2 days, but during our 3-night stay, there was no cleaning or towel replacement done.
The location was great - a few minutes walk to the nearest subway station and close to the Vatican.
This is not a hotel and it lacks many of the services of a traditional hotel.

Great for someone just looking a place to sleep. Quiet hours are promptly at 9:00 pm- doesn’t matter if you’ve just gotten in or if you want to just hang out in the courtyard. Someone from the apartments above comes out to shush you at exactly 9:00. I thought our room was going to be cleaned every 3 days but sadly the sheets weren’t changed the whole time we were there-10 days. Photos show a room that the master is separated but it’s not. It’s one big open echoing room. Bathroom is small and could use updating. If you’re looking quiet away from everything this is it. If you stay up after 9:00 maybe not the best fit.
