This small sweet oasis is the definition of "going above and beyond" when it comes to customer service. From the excellent communication prior to our arrival to the personal and warm welcome, we felt extremely well taken care of. The owners are thoughtful and generous and made our stay of only one day feel like a week's vacation! We cannot say enough about the cleanliness, amenities, convenient location to FCH, and comfort of the room and bed. Plus, stroll into town and eat fantastic fresh seafood and see the one spot where the Tiber meets the sea.

The owner of the property went above any expectation: kind, helpful, discrete. The place was furnished very well, anything you would want, with any plug adapter for any foreign traveler. I recommend Albis Room Guest House to anybody, especially because the location is also 5 minutes for the Fiumicino airport.

We expected a pleasant and comfortable stay here for our one night as we got in to Rome airport late and were heading out again early the following afternoon.
While the reviews were very high, Roberta and Armando far exceeded expectations from the time we arrived. Extremely warm and helpful, they made the first night and morning of our trip very enjoyable and memorable. A fantastic start to our vacation.
Almost forgot to mention: room and premises very clean and bed super comfortable, slept great.

This is a completely hidden gem in the outskirts of Rome. All airport hotels were booked, and I found an open room here. What a fortuitous find! Not only was it completely charming, it was perfectly located and the hosts, Roberta and Armondo are completely wonderful! Kind, informative, efficient, and helpful. Really incredible with all the travelers they get, they treat you like you are the first and most important clients they've had!! The room was beautiful and lacked for nothing. They thought of every little extra, like charging stations, and snacks and even an adorable handmade notepad. Immaculately clean, and very very comfortable. I actually look forward to staying here again and exploring Fiumicino more. It became a vacation within a vacation:) Thank you Roberta and Armando!!!

What an amazing stay at Albis! Felt like I was staying with family, and the rooms are spacious & VERY clean/new/updated. Quick walk into Fiumicino - which is a lovely town. Lastly, we were given a delicious take-away breakfast for the flight home:)

From the moment we arrived, we were spoiled! Armando and Roberta greeted us and treated us like family.
They helped arrange us a cab for an early travel day the next day & made sure that I knew the safest way to walk across the bridge into town and explore.
They even included amenities such as slippers - and fully stocked the fridge with drinks & snacks - all complimentary!
The shower was wonderful - bathroom clean. The bed comfortable (and we are picky when it comes to mattresses); and I just can't express enough how much this was perfect for us.
I hope that we get a chance to stay here again - highly recommend it!

This is my new favorite hotels in Rome. That says slot because I have stayed at some of Rome’s best hotels. The hosts were beyond fantastic. They made sure everything was perfect. This felt more like staying at a close family member’s house with a fully air conditioned and well equipped and stocked room. Cleanliness was 10 out of 10. Fiumicino old town is not to be missed—old time Rome. Thank you so very much and will return.

This was a last minute booking, and we were so pleased. The owner couple were extremely pleasant upon our arrival. The room was well sized and perfectly clean. We had to leave before breakfast, but we given a great “to go” bag to eat at airport!

Can't fault the place even if I tried! Everything was perfect, from the host, to the rooms, to the available complimentary refreshment, good variety of choices for breakfast and of course cleanliness. I'll definitely stay here again. It is 40 minutes taxi ride away from the Centre and few minutes taxi ride to the airport. Taxi price vary between £ 55 - £ 80 to central Rome. Taxi to airport was £25
