The hotel is simple, but very well located, right in the historic center, near Puente Nuevo. It surprised me. I was expecting much less. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good too. The problem is the noise. In front of the hotel, there are recycling bins, and a truck passes by several times during the night to dump or collect (I don't know) glass bottles, and you wake up startled by the noise. On the only night I spent there, I woke up three times with bottles being dumped. Meanwhile, I must give 5 stars for the reception service. It was the best service I've ever had in over 40 years of traveling. Upon arrival, José simply gave us a lesson about the city, marked on a map everything we couldn't miss, and gave us every possible tip to make the most of our stay. This made all the difference for us. Fuad was also very friendly and helpful the next day. We were so well received that the nighttime noise ended up taking a back seat.
