設施：設施設備都很新，全屋智能化，還有健身房，客房安靜舒適，入住體驗感很好。
衞生：衞生乾淨舒適，無死角衞生，沒有異味。
環境：很新環境很好，樓道香薰很好聞，房間空氣也很清新芬芳
