服務：顧客對服務很不滿意
我們一家經常照顧格朗的生意，衹要到融水，就會入住格朗，已經是4-5年的老顧客了，沒想到會被這樣對待。
週六早上九點半，4個長者到酒店入住，開了一間標準大床房（床寬1.5米），一間商務雙床房。
入住時，由於電腦壞了打不開，人臉識別機器無法使用，要求對我們的身份證拍照留存，我拒絕，這會泄露我們的個人私隱，即使如此，還是要求我們在登記本上寫身份證號碼，我們着急去別的地方，説下午的時候再弄。
入住10分鐘後，老闆來讓我們換房，説我們住的房間是1.8的床，讓我們換到1.5米床的房間。
我説，開錯房間是你的問題，長者已經放好行李很累了，不想再換，多少錢我補給你，讓我補差價10元。
標準大床房標價64元，商務大床房標價73元，讓我補10元，是73-64＝10對吧？希望老闆重温一下數學基礎，怎麼算出來10塊錢的。我最終還是同意，補了9元，圖1為憑證。
下午再次找長者們，要求通過手機驗證身份，老闆自己都搞不清楚應該怎麼手機驗證身份證，四個長者就更不會了，最後是晚上回來的時候，我幫忙錄入的。
最厲害的來了，周天早上七點拍門，讓4個長者退房，理由是，網上的住房訂單衹能睡到早上七點，不能睡到中午十二點，讓長者立刻退房，把4個長者趕出酒店。
攜程上面訂單寫得很清楚，下午2點入住，中午12點前離店，是什麼理由、什麼依據讓老闆早上七點鐘把長者掃地出門，在寒風中瑟瑟發抖？既沒有提前告知，也沒有張貼公告，完全是老闆的個人行為，違反了消費者權益保護法。
經過和長者溝通商量，長者決定不去追究，我們決定不通過攜程客服、12315、12345等合法方式介入維權，但這不代表我們小輩願意讓長輩承受委屈，因此我評論寫下這一段，希望引起店家的反思和整改，端正服務態度，做好時間公開。
