El hotel está abandonado, los cuartos sucios, las sabanas con pelos y basura, baños manchados, toallas sucias, realmente Increíble. Tuve que pedir la devolución de la reserva e irme a buscar otro hotel en zona. Nos ofrecieron 20% de descuento y costo convencerlos de que no era una negociación para que me devuelvan la reserva. Pésimo.

Estuvimos coni marido el día 12 de octubre 2022. Somos de Bs As , íbamos a Salta. Decidimos pasar la noche en este hotel Haward Jhonson, nos designan la habitación , estaba todo limpio. Cenamos ahí todo bien. Pero lo lindo duro poco, después de cenar fuimos a la habitación y marido se descompuso , estaba tirado en el piso del baño, le faltaba el aire , no se podía levantar ,. Hay un teléfono en la habitación y llame , supongo q a la chica q nos atendió cuando ingresamos al hotel , le dije q estaba mi marido descompuesto si podía llamar una ambulancia , me dijo q si. Espere una hora y media y nunca vino la ambulancia , nunca se acercó nadie del hotel a preguntar si necesitaba algo ni a decirme si había podido comunicarse cuando llamaron la ambulancia, nunca llamaron a la puerta al menos para preguntar cómo estaba , o a decirme q no iba a venir nadie a atenderlo , una falta de respeto , de empatía total . Nunca más iremos a estos hoteles en ninguna parte , una decepción.

Hotel muy bien ubicado al costado de la ruta. Habitaciones amplias y comodas. No tiene demasiados lujos ya que es antiguo, pero cuenta con sauna e hidromasajes. Comidas simple pero muy ricas. Personal muy cordial
