Amazing staff

Parking is private pay which wasn't clearly mentioned at reception.

Rydges paramatta is far from train station as in you can’t walk 20 mins in scorching aussie summers especially with kids. The Aircon at hotel is ridiculous and they say it is what it is in all the rooms. The pool is eeewww no hygiene no cleanliness and towels are lying everywhere and it’s inside so extremely humid and stinky. The gym is name same like they have kept machines in a 3*3 room. We had hard time coming back one night as the trains do not come till Harris park and we had to walk all the way back to Rydges through paramatta station with a 4 yr old.

The stay was nice clean bed and bathroom the only real fault was the ac was absolutely terrible. I was advised that every rooms ac was not working correctly I ended up having to buy a fan so my boyfriend and I could sleep without melting.

Excellent location of room, full panaromic city view, room size was really good for family. Kids enjoyed the view. Clean room. Staff was very professional. Check in and out was easy with few clicks. Thanks

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request and were always eager to assist with a friendly smile. Whether it was recommending a local restaurant or arranging transportation, their attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest. The amenities at Rydges Parramatta are top-notch. I enjoyed taking a refreshing dip in the pool and unwinding in the sauna after a busy day.

Hotel is at a good location, about 2 minutes drive to markets and restaurants. Amenities were good, it has a decent gym, pool (not warm), jacuzzi (warm) and sauna. Staff were polite, I did not quite like the fact that someone goes to your room everyday in the morning opening the room door with us inside the room to check the minibar, I have asked the reception to not let that happen but it continued. Other than that the hotel is great, I would stay again.

Friendly staff, buffet breakfast is fantastic. We would definitely stay again.
