Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago

Great location to the convention center. The skywalk is very convenient. Beautiful hotel. Great price. Staff was efficient but not the friendliest. Wish there was more budget friendly breakfast option that was still a sit down. Options were a nice restaurant or grab-n-go, would like to see something in the middle. Room was very nice and clean. Wish I knew that the floor I was on had stairs because I had a cart. Parking was close and convenient with the use of the skywalk. Overall good experience.

The hotel shuttle bus is very convenient, there is an electronic version at the door, you can see the current location of the car. It's not far from the subway station, and the room is clean, but it's a long way to the elevator.

I am glad that I stayed at this resort. It's in the perfect location, it's quiet spacious and the service and staff and professional friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay near the airport. Gym has plenty of machines and the staff is kind. The price of breakfast left me baffled though: 27+$

It was very loud not exactly sure what was happening between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. music blasting door slamming but I should not have heard that on the 8th floor. I have never stayed somewhere that that has occurred others complained that we're staying at the hotel from the same convention group that I was with about the noise that's why I did not complain because of the response that they got to it that there was basically nothing that could be done about it because of a contract.

Hotel shows it’s age. Understaffed to handle a large conference that impacted operations for the property. If laying over or in for business, look elsewhere. More peace, quiet, service and cleanliness to be found at a better value.
