Location is great but make sure to ask if there is still construction outside, because we didn’t know and it was VERY LOUD.
there is NO AC and hot in the room, sleeping with window open was an issue when construction starts early morning.
the blowdryer didn’t work, staff didn’t have replacement but went out to buy some as a solution; we could get one against a 20e deposit.
overall good stay but if i had known about amenities and noise i would have booked Park Hotel next door.

Cleanliness wasn't really satisfactory. The towels were so sticky that we had to change several times. There's no on-site parking, and the staff aren't particularly knowledgeable about nearby parking options. Breakfast was great.

The central location is ideal for a visit to Rosenheim, close to both the city center and the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Since it was very hot, I would have appreciated air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room.
I will choose this hotel again the next time I visit Rosenheim.
