probably the best on this residence is the see ..i know its not the see to review but there is no other reason to stay in this residence..for us it was friends who staid there but otherwise i would not go there.. its not too bad there are really many worse but there is not much good either.. some staff speak a little English or Deutsch menu is in Italien language so we didn't even knew that they cook pizza because its not on the menu..rooms are good size but u have to clean it on your own..and the Train well its there I got used to it very fast and didn't hear it much in the night while sleeping but it is there..

Siamo tornate una seconda volta, per la tranquillità e la comodità di questo residence. I nostri due cagnolini sono ben accetti. Gli appartamenti non sono grandi, ma comunque dotati di ogni comfort e di un terrazzo molto grande e vivibile proprio davanti al mare... La spiaggia è privata e anche gli amici a quattro zampe possono entrare. Lo staff sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Anche quest' anno il diciottesimo anno per essere precisi ,tornare a Casa del Mar è stato rigenerante ,ambiente super confortevole sempre seguiti e coccolati dal personale,ma quest'anno per me personalmente ritrovare dopo tanti anni la.mia responsabile del cuore ,Monica è stato meraviglioso, ha riportato quel tocco di cura che mancava da quando era andata via ,tocco di cui può essere capace solo chi come lei ama questa struttura come fosse casa sua . Spero di ritrovarla l' anno prossimo .

Niente da dire,ci siamo trovati benissimo! Accogliente,pulito, gentilezza al primo posto ,soprattutto dalla signora Gabriella della reception, sempre sorridente e molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona. Ci torneremo sicuramente !

Residence accogliente in particolare un ringraziamento va a Gabriella del ricevimento che è riuscita in poco tempo a soddisfare una mia necessità. È stata veramente speciale e con il suo sorriso riesce a curarsi dei suoi ospiti. Un buon servizio al ristorante. Torneremo sicuramente.dimenticavo servizio spiaggia ottimo con ombrellone incluso.

Siamo stati ospiti circa 9 anni fa,e quest'anno abbiamo voluto riprovare!nulla da dire per quanto riguarda la posizione, direttamente sul mare! Certo ci sarebbero da fare delle migliorie,in quanto le mantovane delle tende sui balconi sono scucite e per quanto riguarda il nostro appartamento anche la tenda del box doccia sarebbe da cambiare!!La piscina anche non era sempre pulita infatti dai bocchettoni laterali fuoriusciva dello sporco! Ma la cosa che mi ha più delusa, è aver pagato un servizio in spiaggia dove dice che ogni appartamento ha un ombrellone + sdraio+ lettino e non aver mai usufruito di quest'ultimo in quanto altre famiglie se ne sono appropriate e non solo del nostro!!E nonostante averlo fatto presente al personale della reception, rispondendo che non ero la prima a lamentarmi di questo,garantendomi che l'indomani mattina lo avremmo avuto in quanto era un servizio dovuto noi non lo abbiamo mai avuto! Ora capisco che chi lavora in reception non può stare in spiaggia a controllare ma qualcuno che se ne occupi? Non ci devono essere famiglie di serie A e famiglie di serie B! Tutti pagano alla stessa maniera! Cordiali saluti

Ho soggiornato in questo residence nel mese di luglio con mio marito e mio figlio. Il residence potrebbe avere delle grandi potenziali per la struttura che è, un po’ lontano dal centro (circa 3 km) ma la posizione fronte mare è ottima. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, ben arredati e vengono consegnati puliti. Sia il personale del residence che del ristorante sono sempre disponibili per accontentare le esigenze del cliente. Noi avevamo il servizio di mezza pensione e qui c’è qualcosa da migliorare…. Per quanto riguarda la colazione c’è a disposizione un po’ di salato e il dolce, io personalmente aggiungerei un po’ di frutta fresca di stagione e non le solite mele. Invece per la cena per prima cosa manca il buffet dei contorni, i primi son stati una delusione perché erano insapore, invece i secondi accettabili. L’animazione come se fosse inesistente: 2 ragazzine che ahimè non sanno coinvolgere i bambini e le famiglie quindi come se non ci fossero. E ridico PECCATO PERCHÉ LA STRUTTURA E’ MOLTO BELLA e veramente potrebbe dare di più. Per mia esperienza personale ritornerei ma penso solo per alloggiare. Un caro saluto a Sandra e Franco che sono veramente TOP.

Debbo dire che questo locale di camere mi ha deluso per diversi motivi.. mi ero raccomandato per un letto matrimoniale e ho avuto due letti accoppiati... asciugacapelli non disponibile se non si chiede al personale...cambio asciugamani un giorno si ed un giorno no....colazione sufficiente .. poi troppo distante dal centro ..circa 2 km ..
