Very friendly staff. If something didn't work (for us it was a coffee machine and hair dryer), the caretaker came immediately and replaced or repaired the device. The only point of criticism is the parking chaos - there are far too few parking spaces available. The hotel's own restaurant is not recommended (all you can eat buffet) - way too loud and hectic. Better to visit one of the surrounding restaurants at the harbor (make a reservation!).

What a beautiful location, most of the rooms have a sea view, the rooms themselves are nice and clean, and spacious, but the shower, wasn't very good.the air conditioning wasn't working, and no kettle.Food in the restaurant was the worst I have ever had, something as simple as a risotto wasn't made with risotto rice, breakfast was the same every day no variation what so ever....nobody was queing pepole was pushing in ,it was like feeding time at the zoo for the first 3 days we was there.we ended up eating out 5 days out of 7 for are evening meal .all so having to pay for sunbeds was terrible. Water wasn't free to have on the table.but on a positive note the staff was very friendly.the pool area was lovily but the water was freezing.

we had a great week at the Belverdere in September and we are looking forward to returning later on 17th May. Its clean, the staff are great, and even when the weather turned there is plently to see and do in Vrsar. We loved the food in the hotel, especially the pizzas. The snack bar by the pool was great also, lovely cold beer an hot chips. A relaxing holiday by the clear blue sea, comfy beds, yes there are a few steps and slopes but it helps after visiting the buffet too many times. See you next weekend :0)

We had a very good stay at the Belvedere. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was OK although there was not many transport options out of the resort but we did go out of season. The views out over the harbour were stunning. The food was REALLY tasty although can sometimes feel a little salty and oily if you're not used to having this in your diet. Our room was fine, although the walls are very thin and we could hear neighbouring guests clearly. We also had an issue with an ant infestation which was not fully resolved during our stay- a little disappointing. Beds were very comfy and the facilities were fine for us. The outside area of the resort was quite noisy especially at night which disturbed our sleep. Although there were some negatives the positives made up for it and we enjoyed our holiday, we felt 7 days was enough time here.

We had a very silent, clean, beautiful panoramic very spacious apartment at Belvedere Resort for 8 nights. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent at the restaurant with very nice and helpful staff. Thanks to the recently developed app we knew everything, it was very handy. The sea with beach was in walking distance, next to the walking path. The pool was large, the animations were super. We booked the dolphin tour (wonderful experience) and a boat trip to Rovinj. Both were a good choice. A recommendation only to dedicate the parking slot (with number) to the exact apprtment. We did not have parking space inside, but near by the hotel offered a secured space with card to manage entrance. Thank you for everything,

This was my 2nd visit to the hotel. First time was in September and this time peak August. The contrast between the 2 months was shocking. I’ll start with the good. Rooms all have sea views and are spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and perfectly adequate bathroom. Pool area is really nice and the tiered landscaping makes good use of the space. Plenty of sun beds. Snack bar has amazing pizza big enough to share and servers super friendly there. The pebble beach is pretty and I like the rocky sunbathing platform that spans the length of the resort. The sea is clean and clear. Buffet restaurant always had something for all 7 of our party even the most fussy, The not so good. TUI flight landed a.m and got to hotel around 11:30. At first was told rather briskly to basically go away and come back at 3! I had to ask for towels so we could at least relax by the pool. Towels can be changed every 3 days with tokens given at check in. I appreciate that the rooms may not have been ready but I’ve never actually been turned away. Not the best start. Also the service in the restaurant was hit and miss. I think that water should at least be complimentary with dinner. The bad. The hotel guests are 90% German/Austrian so don’t expect any English speaking entertainment. Also bear in mind that there are hundreds of toddlers running around the pool and restaurant areas and these are barely supervised by their parents resulting in constantly being splashed and lots of little hands in the buffet! If you haven’t got kids go outside of school holidays. Air con in rooms and restaurant was totally inadequate. It was 32° most days and the restaurant at dinner time was stifling. They need fans desperately. Parking in the hotel is a total nightmare. Nowhere near enough spaces for rooms so ended up parking outside. Lastly and most disappointing….24€ per day for 2 sun beds and a parasol is quite frankly disgusting. Would cost a family of four 48€ a day!?!? Totally out of order.

The resort is beautiful vsar is a quiet traffic free sea front location with restaurants ice cream parlours and shops. Tour operators for boat excursions The hotel isn't all it seems It's built on the side of a good slope on 4 levels most of the guests are European and travel here by car 301 rooms =301 cars entrance to your accommodation is via staircases In any block no offer to deliver your cases to your room this place is not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties or breathing issues our room was 335 3 tier then 3 flights of stairs never again Restaurant food very good the style it's served is very different as your up against a mass of Europeans who don't do please and thank-you

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL - very misleading. All the negative reviews are spot on. I would have to question the good reviews in that are they real reviews or, a company being paid to write good ones. No Tui reps on site, if you need to contact them you do it by email. This hotel has 95% German guests. RECEPTION Reception staff were the worst we have ever come across and we've been all over the world. Extremely unfriendly, unless you are German. My husband enquired if our room was ready having been there since 10am and told to go away until 3pm. It was now 3.20pm and the reception manager, whom we watched serving guests, tapped her watch and said "my shift has ended, one of the other staff will see you", then she walked off. Very rude. There is nothing to do here unless you want to go biking, hiking or see the dolphins. There is no town nearby, only one small supermarket, two bakeries, a small clothes shop and a tiny jewellers. There are a few bars open, but the majority are closed now. THE ROOM. Is a good size. The air con does not work. The fridge is very hot on the outside and does not keep drinks cold at all. The hair dryer is dangerous as it gets so hot you cannot hold it. We can hear every word being said next door. The shower is halfway up the bath facing across so water goes everywhere. The shower head falls off all the time and the bath is very high to climb into. TV only has 3 English news channels and 2 entertainment channels. Two beds put together and you have a small cover on each, not one big one. No kettle in the room for tea/coffee making. RESTAURANT Staff very miserable and rude which other reviewers have also said. Food/ drinks dropped on the floor and not picked up or swept up for the hour we were eating, so anyone could have slipped over and injured themselves. Food just about okay, but definitely not 4 star. Not a great deal of choice. HOTEL ACCESS There are steps and steep sloping roads everywhere, which you have to use to get from your room to the restaurant and pool. No good for disabled people at all, as ALL the rooms are on a very steep hill. Had we had a choice we would have gone home the day after we arrived. To the hotel. Please don't bother answering my review, as I've read all your replies to other reviews.
