This hotel could be a little jewel but is totally neglected. Every-where is an atmosphere of indifference and lack of care. It is so well situated and calm, the view on the golf court is very nice. The building is attractive , but how could you let it go like that. The mirrors and the carpet in the room are not clean . The breakfast is extremely poor . No service. It asks probably a higher price to get more quality. Why not.

Pour un hôtel qui vient d’ouvrir, et apparemment il est entièrement refait ? Très déçu , Pas top, pas de chambre communicante pour les familles . Sol de la chambre très collant , fenêtre cassée, pas de poignée et carreaux extrêmement sales , pareil pour le rideau occultant tout collant , pas de tv « pas de source » . 1 cintre seulement dans la chambre . Poubelle de salle de bain sale . Et clim en panne . Bref pour 100€ la nuit avec le pti dej c’est cher payé . Le petit dej a 11€ par personne pas très varié , par contre personnel très gentil et déco chambre sympa .parking extérieur en très mauvais état peut abîmé beaucoup les voitures

Hôtel convenable mais peu mieux faire. 3 étoiles... qualité prix à améliorer.. Propre et confortable, la chambre était petite mais pour une personne, c'est convenable. Attention a la climatisation qui marche pas correctement. L'accueil est mitigé, la demoiselle très sympathique et serviable mais le monsieur très froid. La clé de la chambre est activée tous les jours, un peu contraignant....

le personnel de l’hôtel très insolent pas d’excuse j’ai oublié mes chaussures dans l’hôtel le week-end dernier, j’ai contacté au moins 3,4 fois l’hôtel a chaque on me demande de rappeler plus tard et soit disant ils ont rien vu donc j’ai inventé cela? zéro excuse de la part du personnel à part « d’accord madame ». a fuir

Paris’in dışında kaldığım ilk otel. İçinde tadilat vardı. Odalar temizdi ama konumu şehir merkezine çok uzak, bahçesinde fareler cirit atıyor, odalar konforsuz, asansör düşecek diye çok korktuk. Hoşlanmadığım bir deneyim oldu. Akşam 9’dan sonra RER’i kaçırırsanız metro ve otobüsle aktarma yaparak ulaşabiliyorsunuz ama güvenli bir banliyö değil; otobüste tedirgin olduk. Bahçede oradan oraya koşan dev farelerin görüntüsü gözümün önünden gitmiyor. Umarım odaları ziyaret etmiyorlardır.

A fuir !!! notre réservation n'était pas prévu auprès de l'hôtel réservé! au bout de 45 minutes une autre chambre nous a été affecté, et là surprise... elle était très sale (lits défaits, linge par terre...)! Nous retournons donc à l'accueil pour en faire part au réceptionniste...45 autres minutes plus tard, il nous affecte à une autre chambre et là surprise...il manque 1 lit ! (chambre réservée à la base 3 lits (1 double et 2 séparés)... le réceptionniste nous propose donc de ramener un autre lit dans la chambre...finalement il ne passe pas dans l'ascenseur donc il balance un matelas par terre... nous demandons donc une compensation financière pour le désagrément : il nous propose un jus de fruits...bref mauvaise expérience...sans parler des travaux, et de la douche qui ramène de l'eau dans toute la chambre...

Manque d’hygiène total !!! Sang sur les draps, traces sur les murs, boules de poussière partout sur la moquette, odeur de cigarette dans la salle de bain irrespirable! Nous avons réglé trois nuits à l’avance et nous sommes partie de suite avec mon amie sans y séjourner, aucun dédommagement ! Aucun professionnalisme, hôtel scandaleux !
