Millennium Hotel Rotorua

Great hotel. Everything was nice : people were friendly and helpful, we appreciate very much the pool and the restaurant was very good. Hardly recommend

It takes around 6-mins to walk from the tourist centre. Most of the things are all good. The only negative part is not giving enough toilet paper and tissue. The staff did not check or refill them before our check-in. We still got the a roll of toilet papers and a box of tissues

Great service and facilities! Would be great if the hotel could provide complimentary conditioner and slippers.

Nice renovation, however air condition haven't been working at all, was tooo hot no fresh air

Very nice, modern and clean hotel next to the main road of Rotorua. There is also more than enough car parking spaces available. Pool facilities looked very good.

Looking at it from outside as I drove around it to get to the front entrance made me doubt my choice, but thankfully they invested the money where it matters: the guest rooms.  Spacious, comfy and clean.  The breakfast was pretty bad- even my 16yo son, who is basically our food trash can, wouldn’t eat. If you have options, don’t do it. And for me, as a vegan, it was particularly sad- thankfully I had packed some meals for myself.  (We were there over Christmas Day, I don’t think anything would have been open, sadly) As for location- the view of the lake was nice, but it would have been better to have stayed by ‘eat street’- which *was* open to some degree on Christmas Day! I don’t know about Christmas morning, tho… but still a more convenient option, I would say, in terms of location- although it wasn’t a bad walk over to eat street from this hotel.
