Our family of five stayed here. The play area with a fenced-off baby space was a huge plus. The pool was open and inviting, and since it was a hot spring pool, it was warm and comfortable. We didn't have high expectations for the dinner buffet, but even though there weren't many options, the quality of each dish was excellent, and we were very satisfied. Since it was a Sunday, it was cheaper than other days, and the kids stayed for free, which was great. The room was spacious enough for all five of us (three children). I think the stay would have been even more comfortable if the water facilities were a bit cleaner. It's also just a five-minute drive from town, and there's a gas station nearby for any last-minute purchases. Toothbrushes weren't provided in the room, but we could get them at the front desk. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

I booked a two bedroom suite, they gave me a room located under stairs , like a store room , with bad smell like mold everywhere, bathroom tub with unrecoverable stains, broken shower , dirty carpet and dirty bed, it’s the most terrible and unmatched place with the pictures I ever lived 😡😡😡

Seriously, just spend a bit more and stay at a Pullman. There's absolutely no service here! I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was truly awful! The check-in staff barely said a word. After I filled out the info, they just handed me the room key and immediately started talking to another colleague. They didn't even tell us where the breakfast restaurant was; we had to find it ourselves the next day. In the evening, the shower gel dispenser was empty. I called for some, and when they brought it up, they just handed it over without saying a single word or an apology, then left. 🤣 Then, in the afternoon, we heard someone trying to open our room door. It was a father and son, and they had a room key for *our* room, lol. I called the front desk, and they just said they accidentally gave them the wrong key. No apology, and then they just hung up on me. Is the front desk really that arrogant? The room facilities are quite old and dated. The location is also on the outskirts of town. I really don't recommend staying here... It truly ruined our trip.
