The triple room was incredibly run-down, worse than a motel! The air conditioning was broken, and the bathroom was so damp that even the toilet paper was wet. The room decor looked like a garage. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! I usually stay at the one across the spring, but I wanted to try this one opposite it this time. I can't believe how bad the facilities are.

This hotel is really great. You can park your car right next to your room. It's located by the lake, and there's a hot spring nearby, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities.

The hotel was an overall decent stay with a great location and a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was smooth throughout the stay. The room itself was reasonably clean and comfortable, but I did notice quite a lot of small flying insects on the hallway walls and glass, which wasn’t very pleasant and made the public areas feel less well maintained. Overall, the environment and service were very good, but the insect issue in the corridors affected the overall impression.
