It’s like a new concept of hostels. A version where it’s clean, but the social part doesn’t exist . It has its benefits but as a solo traveler I don’t really think it’s a social place at all

City Hub Rotterdam is a but different from the other branches. It is more like building with a few of floors, but that's fine as long as they have lifts. And the street view from shower room is quite nice.
The management team could communicate better to guests on what they should or should not do during the stay, so everyone knows and can follow .
Another thing is there are 5 female shower rooms on 3rd floor, but three of them were locked the whole time, only two were available.
Overall, we still like City Hub a lot, hope we can enjoy our stay more next time.

It was amazing. I was there with my friend. We enjoyed it. Recommended for couples. Don't forget toothpaste, brush and basic things. Otherwise you have to pay more for them

It was very convenient to work with wristband.
I liked a speaker on side bed with listening music.
I could used locker until leaving time.

I am not so used to the L-shaped capsule room. The hub was clean and quiet but room was too small. Ventilation inside the room was acceptable.

Yeah good stay 👍, but the mornings here are too loud.. service ladies seem to destroy walls when cleaning and are extremely loud and other host like to work , but there’s one guy with dreadlocks that apparently really doesn’t like to work at all, nor is helpful

Friendly staffs, and clean environment. Convenient location with tram and metro stops nearby, many restaurants along the street as the hotel.

A special experience, good environment. there are lots of restaurant near the cityhub and take around 10 mins walk to the attractions.

Easy Check in/out, great staff, pods are comfy and clean, shower rooms are clean and well maintained, we had a great experience for our trip to Rotterdam.
