We make every effort to give our guests a pleasant stay in Hotel Baan.
Our hotel is a mid-range hotel.
The simple neat rooms have excellent Wifi, Shower toilet flat screen TV and some with small fridge. Half of the rooms overlook the Coolhaven waterfront.
The other rooms have views over the gardens. No rights can be derived from room types and photos.
All rooms are available by stairs.
There are several City map deals in the rooms that one can purchase.
Hotel Baan is located opposite historic Delfshaven, 984 feet away, where you will find several nice restaurants and cafés.
Metro stop Coolhaven and tram direct to/from Central station are 656 feet away.
Parking is most of time possible around the hotel. Paid parking at €2.85 p/h around the corner at 984 feet is a municipal garage a € 16 per 24 hours. Nieuwe Binnenweg 388.

The staff is super nice and caring! We got some great local recommendations and free breakfast in the morning. The room was big and clean. You can walk into the city easily or use the public transportation.

De eigenaresse is echt een hele lieve leuke vrouw. Ik kom best bij veel b&b's en hotels maar dit is echt de leukste gastvrouw die ik tot nu heb meegemaakt. Hotel is oud en heeft zijn gebreken maar ik heb prima geslapen en gedoucht. En dat was voor mij het belangrijkste. Ze rekenen ook niet de hoogste prijs dus kun je geen 5 sterren hotel verwachten.

Le propriétaire parle un peu français ce qui est bien pratique et agréable. Hôtel intérieur en bois.confort moyen.mais bon pour un prix correct, sachant que l'on peut se rendre en ville à pied et laisser la voiture en place. Attention parking devant et alentours payants. C'est pas donné

Van Gils vriendelijk ontvangen, kamer was in orde lekkere bedden en goeie douche. Alleen de gordijnen moeten echt vervangen worden dit kan echt niet zo je kan je niet omkleden zonder vanaf de straat gezien te worden. Ontbijt was een beetje onder de maat weinig keus, geen verse melk maar houdbare en een eitje zou ook lekker zijn, maar wederom vriendelijk personeel. Ligging van hotel is prima

A fuir! le propriétaire est un voleur il a reloué ma chambre parce que je suis arrivé à 21h alors que j'avais prévenu, il a été impoli, mal aimable, et biensur n'a pas voulu me rembourser! N'a plus répondu à mes messages, n'était meme pas là le matin à 9h pour faire le point sur la situation, il savait bien que je devais partir... comme ca il a eu 2 fois l argent de la chambre , une honte pour ce métier et pour cette ville, bref passez votre tour! il a oublié qui était le client!
