After a confirmed reservation they suddenly asked 110€ more for the stay. Because we did not immediately agree they just canceled our stay. Unbelievable rude ! If you offer a stay at a certain price by mistake, take your responsibility....

Onwaarschijnlijk onbeleefde uitbaters. Via een platform maken we een boeking, vervolgens wijzigen ze eenzijdig de afgesproken prijs om nog wat later eenzijdig alles te annuleren. Onbetrouwbaar, onbeleefd, zeer onprofessioneel. Dit is het soort van mensen die eigenlijk een andere job moeten zoeken.

Superbe maison de maître en plein centre-ville à 3 mn à pied du théâtre Le Colisée (nous y étions pour un spectacle de danse de la Compagnie Béjart) et moins de 8 mn à pied du musée La Piscine. Le long de l'hôtel, les places de parking sont gratuites et nous en avons trouvé une facilement. Tout se fait à pied pour la découverte de la ville. Les copieux petits-déjeuners préparés par le très aimable et disponible propriétaire du lieu, Christophe, sont servis dans la magnifique salle à manger, très haute de plafond avec vue sur le jardin. Une douce musique classique vous accompagne ou alors si vous jouez du piano, il y a un beau quart de queue du 19 ème siècle qui trône dans la salle. Le beau mobilier est agrémenté de petits objets décoratifs personnalisés en rapport avec le fameux Paris-Roubaix. Nous logions dans un petit studio, attention, au deuxième étage sans ascenseur et escalier étroit. Seul petit "bémol", l'odeur de reflux de la salle d'eau. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir au calme (côté jardin), sur une bonne literie.

De passage à Roubaix pour une visite professionnelle, nous avons apprécié l'accueil sympathique et chaleureux de notre hôte. Des chambres très bien rénovées avec une très belle prestation (literie confortable, bouilloire, sèche cheveux...). Une très belle découverte de la maison bleue de Roubaix.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil sympathique et chaleureux de notre hôte, qui connait bien la ville et ses environs, les lieux à visiter etc. La chambre était confortable et bien équipée. De surcroît, la maison bleue est bien située au centre de Roubaix. Nous y retournerons bien volontiers.
