I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the room itself was clean, it was far from a 4-star experience. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, and I was placed in a room directly next to the station, which caused extreme noise pollution, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The staff was rude and unwelcoming—the gentleman at the front desk didn’t make eye contact, was not polite, and took over 30 minutes to check me in. He also made me tap my card again for a fraud check, which I’ve never had to do before, and demanded excessive ID, which I provided. The shower was small and cramped, and there was no phone in the room, which was ridiculous when trying to contact staff for assistance. The only positive was its proximity to the train station, but given the unbearable noise and terrible customer service, that was hardly a benefit. This was a horrible experience, and I will be documenting it on TikTok to my 50k followers. I expect a full refund as the service and conditions were unacceptable and not up to standard.
