Premier Inn London Kensington (Olympia)

Brought our parents to London for a show, have stayed at this Premier Inn before and have always had great service, staff always friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Management not helpful and didn't resolve the issues that we had with hotel. Blamed other staff rather than resolving the problem. Prev stay was great but due to bad experience this time I would not stay in that hotel again

Great hotel for the money, no issues at all, friendly staff with a quiet room at the rear of the hotel, lay-by right outside so easy for an uber collection for travel around the city, overall no complaints at all.

Booked a family room for a trip to visit friends and a bit of tourism. The hotel was really handy for tube access to Central London and felt in a safe location. Clean, spacious and peaceful room. Lovely helpful attentive staff. Would definitely stay again.

The fact that staying in Kensington you would think you'd get good service. The staff were miserable and short staffed. The poor breakfast girl was on her own most of the Time running g around in circles. Tables weren't cleared to allow other guests to eat they had to wait. Food was slow on being replenished and at on time there was nothing on the counter and people waiting and the one waitress chasing her tail When asked on the Saturday if there were more tea bags the answer was no not until Monday that's two days. Sainsbury was across the road and another premier 10 mins away. A major commodity like English tea bags and they wouldn't get any. In the end I bought a box and handed some out at breakfast time. A very disappointing stay and glad we moved onto another Premier on the Sunday. Much better managed Would I stay at a premier again. Yes but definitely not the Kensington (olympia)

Hotel was clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. Staff were very helpful and always cheerful. We love Kensington, which is within easy walking distance from the Hotel and Gloucester Street Tube Station is nearby. We would have no hesitation in returning to this Hotel for future visits.

Came to London as am Xmas treat for me and my family..when we got there the outside of the hotel looked horrendous there was a homeless person living on it with rubbish absolutely everywhere. Turned out they had placed us underneath the homeless person with our window looking up to him and his rubbish. Putting my baby in a cot right underneath was not what I had hoped for and I don't think it was appropriate to put a family in there. When we left for our day trip I Stepped on a used needle and syringe too🤮 Then to top it off the lift broke on checkout day despite the other lift being out of service the whole time we were there they had waited until both broke down before calling someone. We then had to haul my baby in a pram and all our bags and suitcases up flights of stairs to leave as we were told we could wait but they could be up to 4 hours. Not great.

A lovely staying at this Premier Inn, we had a really delicious breakfast we would definitely be back again. The staffs were very helpful and frindly Highly recommended. And a very good location close to Earls Court underground station.

Staff were helpful enough, we opted for a plus room which had all the amenities we needed! Everything was clean and up to standard, with the exception of a few stains on the carpet. About a 5 minute walk from Earls Court tube station so it’s pretty good for transport links too!
