The hotel is in a very convenient central location, perfect for using public transport links to explore the area. We booked a Superior room and enjoyed the added benefit of having a fridge. The bed, as always at Premier Inns, was very comfortable indeed. The room was warm and comfortable with the addition of air control which is a bonus. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice.

it was really good to stay at small town. good breakfast and kind staff. good location near train station and town hall. but parking and other . not to good. just stay few days. cheap price. really nice

Fab location, town centre on door step and a coop under! Clean lovely room! Great staff. We stayed 2 nights and parked at the Premier inn up road! best to pay for first 24 hr of parking via the machine, then setup the next 24 hrs on your phone and pay! As phone app doesn't allow you to extend parking past 24 hrs! So we had to go back and buy a ticket on the 2nd eve.

The title expresses exactly why I will never return unless the chain gets into the correct digital age. Working remotely from Premier Inn is impossible, and getting an international receipt is next to impossible with "their new booking system". I will find other solutions for sure.

Very friendly welcoming staff. Refurb to a high standard and very clean. Would definitely return however I would not book the breakfast again. Might be a personal thing but a bit oily and gave me indigestion.

Unable to get Wifi. Towel rail came off the wall and this was a regular occurrence according to Reception. I was told not to have tried to use it as a hand rail!. Fixings in a hotel should't just fall off as this provides a risk of injury to users. The hair drier needed all fingers on all buttons before it would work.

Friendly staff, wonderful central location and fantastic breakfast. Thanks so much 👏 The kids loved it and already want to come back again! Leamington is a great town, with a lot to do and it's very compact, making it ideal for younger kids.

The new rooms are very nice, roomy and well decorated. Shower was excellent, bathroom was clean and very light. The table and two chairs made the hotel room more usable. The air conditioning worked which was a must.
