What a treat to stay here! Host are super friendly and charming. Beautiful, roomy, charming room in a beautifully maintained mansion. Wonderful breakfast included, grounds like a secluded resort including swimming pool. If traveling with kids get the family room, they'll get their own separate space. Almost forgot to mention it's close to D-Day beaches a few minutes away.

Our five night stay in this beautiful chateau was a delight. It is set in lovely countryside and is very quiet and peaceful. It is an excellent base for exploring northern Normandy. We drove to Mont St.Michel, Bayeux etc from here. You really do need a vehicle to get around. A few restaurants are 10 mins or so away in the local villages . A delightful breakfast was provided by our host Cecilia who was so welcoming, informative and patient with my efforts to speak French. Breakfast consisted of the most amazing pastries I've ever had (and I've had quite a few), bread, jam, cheese, yoghurt - all produced a stones throw away. The room was lovely, extremely clean (and I am a bit OCD) and our daughter had a little separate bedroom next to ours which I didn't realise when I booked it but it was great and she loved it (and us!). No TV but that was fine for me (I think my other half missed it though) and the bed and pillows very comfortable. There was lots of information provided on local restaurants and places to go/things to do. If we were to visit again, we would consider staying in a cottage where we would be able to rustle up some dinner. NB. I think there are some old photos of this chateau on some of the holiday websites - ignore them. The room we had was a delight and modernised where necessary (?The Angels) - shower, sink and cabinet etc but still retaining the stunning original features , e.g doors and floors.

High quality lodgings, impeccable cleanliness, very good breakfast, perfect rooms, super nice decor, calm with very charming hosts. The SPA is optional but what a treat, to try without hesitation trust me, I will recommend it to all my friends

Une très belle adresse très proche de Bayeux et des sites mémoriaux de la seconde guerre. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et nos hôtes étaient très chaleureux, courtois, tout en restant discrets. Notre chambre au rez-de-chaussée était spacieuse avec douche et baignoire, un lit confortable, une décoration soignée et le tout très propre. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment très copieux. Notre séjour était lié à une dakota box et avons pu réserver sans aucun souci ces deux nuits en milieu de semaine

Le lieu est magnifique et très calme, les hôtes sont très accueillants et bienveillants, tout respire la douceur dans cet endroit. Le petit déjeuner est très généreux, et la chambre dont nous disposions était bien aménagée et spacieuse, et très propre. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous revenons dans la région !
