The room condition is too terrible. Cleanliness is too bad. They are not changing the bedsheets and pillow covers. Even if not providing a bottle of water for the room rate of 4000

if anybody want to cancel before 7 days they not allowed if anybody have any urgency this is not good

Hotel property was good having very good amenities , I like the services as property was almost 1 km from Sitapur bus stand but they pick me from bus stand through bike. Staff were courteous

Food very bad. Staff behaviour very bad. After asking towel for 4 times, they did not provide. Bed sheet has stains. Rooms were dirty. Water leakage from tap. No amenities for washroom provided.

Overall good place and location. However the hotel charged extra amount to hold the luggage while we have gone to kedarnath. This was not told to us before that it will be charged. I have not seen any hotels charging to hold the guest's luggage after checkout.

I had planned a 3-day stay at New Basera Hotel during my trip to Kedarnath, and had paid the full amount of ₹10,000 online in advance. Unfortunately, my wife fell seriously ill at Tungnath Chopta, with a high fever of 104°F, which forced us to halt our trip. Given her condition, I could no longer check in at the hotel and needed to cancel the reservation. I reached out to the hotel, hoping they would understand the situation and offer some form of refund, even partial. To my disappointment, despite multiple requests, the hotel owner refused to refund any amount, citing their cancellation policy. While I understand that policies are in place for a reason, I believe exceptions should be made for medical emergencies. Their rigid stance in such a critical situation demonstrates a lack of empathy, professionalism, and moral principle. My advice to future visitors, especially in these village-side hotels in Uttarakhand, is not to pay in advance. Visit the place first, assess the situation, and only then decide on accommodations. This approach can help you avoid losing money to hotels with such inflexible and uncaring cancellation policies. In conclusion, I would not recommend New Basera Hotel due to their poor customer service and unyielding attitude during emergencies.

My stay at hotel new basera was good. Rooms was comfortable and washroom was very clean. i specially need clean toilet as I travel with my wife. So that was very nice. they are on the main road so the connectivity was good. staff was okay behaved and food was also quality. I recommend it for stays.
