首先好的我説一下 床墊是舒服的。
入住酒店前台跟我説收取兩百按金 不能抽煙的 這個退房的時候沒有退 我也接受的
我們第一天晚上去了海安 房間沒有退 第二天回去的時候房間是被進入過的 而且也被做退房處理了一下 因為第二天去續住前台換了個人跟我説找不到房間是退了的（我早上十點鐘打電話説續住也得到確認的）
然後最後退房 收十五元去污費用 説可樂倒在上面了
我住了這麼久 比這家更低價格或者更高價格的 都沒遇到過 十五元錢 就能洗乾淨了？
有洗衣服務但不負責熨燙
