The service was excellent, with particularly warm and attentive staff. The front desk staff were quick to process check-ins and had a very friendly demeanor. The facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained. The air conditioning cooled rapidly and offered precise temperature control. The hotel also offers a parking lot, and guests can obtain a complimentary parking voucher from the front desk. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring a rich variety of dishes and local specialties. In addition to standard fare like congee, noodles, bread, and fruits, we also enjoyed authentic Ruian local snacks.

On my first trip to Ruian, I chose to stay at this hotel. Its location right next to Ruian Station, a mere 10-minute walk away, makes it incredibly convenient, especially for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel lobby truly immerses you in a rich traditional Chinese atmosphere. They offer a delightful Tang-inspired tea service, and even a majestic Arowana (dragon fish) takes center stage in the lobby. Behind the front desk, a captivating water wall is a prominent feature, said to symbolize prosperity and ensuring good fortune stays within the establishment. Even the corridors boast cultural touches, with bamboo slips etched with the Analects of Confucius and traditional calligraphy brushes adorning both ends.

I chose this hotel for my business trip. Its location is incredibly convenient, being super close to the station, which made getting around daily very easy. They offer a gym and laundry facilities, though I didn't get a chance to use them. The hotel service was excellent. The breakfast restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food. The most pleasant surprise was the welcoming tea service at the front desk; a hot cup of tea upon check-in instantly helped melt away my travel fatigue.

Had a great stay at the hotel. It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, which was very convenient. The hotel has a gym and a laundry room; our kids especially loved visiting the gym every day after we returned from our outings. The environment was pleasant, the facilities were well-equipped, and the room was spotlessly clean.

As family rooms were unavailable, we booked a twin room instead. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, a rarity for an economy hotel. The hotel's front desk staff were also exceptionally friendly. The restaurant offered a rich variety of food, and most dishes were delicious, with the exception of the sausages and bacon. The 'Tang-style' welcome tea service during check-in was a lovely touch. The hotel is conveniently located just two to three hundred meters from the high-speed train station, making it a very short and easy walk. My only 'cons' are that I was quite surprised to find an ashtray in the room, though I suppose this might be a local custom. Upon entering, there was a faint, lingering smell of smoke. While the room felt very clean, the scent seemed to have deeply permeated the space. My family barely noticed it, so perhaps I'm just more sensitive. Secondly, the toilet seat wasn't as clean as I'd have liked, so I ended up wiping it down with an alcohol wipe myself. Despite these minor points, all the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and the overall stay was still very pleasant. It's an excellent choice for anyone traveling by train.

Stepping out of the high-speed train station exit, a simple left turn leads you directly to the hotel entrance – just a 300-meter walk (approximately 5 minutes)! For weary travelers laden with luggage, this direct and seamless connection is an absolute godsend, saving a significant amount of time and effort. Upon entering the hotel, you immediately notice the outstanding service quality. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Throughout our stay, whether we had questions or requests, the staff were consistently attentive, thoughtful, and quick to respond, truly making us feel at home. The service was indeed excellent. Stepping into the room, our first impression was how spacious and comfortable it felt. The room was generously sized with a well-designed layout, feeling very airy and unconfined, which made for a truly relaxing and comfortable experience. A particular highlight was the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which not only provided excellent natural light but also offered breathtaking panoramic views. Whether it was cityscapes or natural scenery, everything was within sight, greatly enhancing the overall enjoyment of our stay. The hotel's breakfast was another major highlight, with an extensive and varied selection. Ranging from Chinese dim sum and congee to Western breads, salads, and hot dishes, alongside fresh fruits and beverages, there was truly something for everyone. The quality was excellent, catering to diverse tastes and providing a perfect energy boost to start the day. Additionally, the hotel's supplementary services were very impressive: Laundry/Dry Cleaning Service: We utilized their laundry service, and the process was convenient, with items returned promptly, clean, and neatly pressed. A truly professional and reliable service. Gym: Though we didn't spend much time there, the gym was well-equipped and well-maintained, sufficient for basic guest fitness needs, and a definite bonus during our trip.
