La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ruidoso Downs

The staff was super friendly and breakfast was OK but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Comforter had stains, trash was found in drawers and red stains on light switch plates. Be aware as well that it is very loud being right off the highway so if you are a light sleeper like myself you will not be getting any rest.

Nothing in my room was clean except for the desktop and shower. The sheets and bed were hairy and had splotches on them, I could go on. However, the front desk staff were fantastic. And when the pool was fixed, it and the spa were very clean.

Definitely not worth the money. I was highly disappointed in my stay. This hotel needs a lot of renovations. Our room had not been dusted in quite some time, the tile in the bathroom was loose, bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the walls were super thin.

Hotel was ok older unit. I was disappointed they didn't clean the room every day. They said they only clean the room every third day if you stay more than one day!

It was very peaceful. The sheets had blood on them as if the sheets were not switched to clean and there was food in the room cheetos and french fries. The restroom floor was sticky and hair on the restroom door. I didn't want to make a scene. I will not reserve a room there again.I would like credit if possible please for dirty room.

Love this place, I stayed off and on here for over a week visiting my daughter. I had my other family members stay here as well. Great place, nice and clean! Pool and workout room was great and they allowed pets with a very reasonable fee. This will be my to to place to stay anytime Im in town!

Free breakfast with some good choices. Limited parking because of renovations going on.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Stains on the sink shower and toilet. Was given a extra blanket with blood stains on it

Sadly the pictures do not do justice to the actual property they look to good to what it actually is. The hotel rooms in the second room are all very dirty, dirty carpet, restrooms, everything, all that floor smelled bad. We asked to be moved to another room, they changed us to the third floor which didn't smell that bad yet still dirty. I recommed if you stay there take your own blankets and flip flops so you won't step on the dirty carpet. Disappointment.
