最開始app上面説可以升級房間，結果到了現場説滿房不能，但是在app上沒有體現，其次就是我老弟定的303和我們定的333的房間除了用餐桌子的大小其他並沒有區別，貴30一間房和不懂貴在哪裡，然後就是應該是衞生沒搞好，小朋友睡了之後腿上被咬了大包！樓頂將就，不過就去看了看沒玩

北京老兩口在貴店住了10晚。
大堂、房間、餐廳（餐飲）服務熱情。
特別贊房間寬敞，大玻璃窗視野好。最讚的是能夠享用無壓床墊和無壓枕頭。房間清掃到位。餐廳就餐舒適，食材新鮮，贊負責煮米線餌絲的服務員，服務態度超棒。

特別表揚前廳部彭燕同學有較好且積極的服務態度與熱情，我們3月4日16：10辦理入住，到大廳內辦理入住除彭燕外其他兩位同事在交頭接耳見客人到來才急忙恢復工作態度，在辦理入住過程中那兩位前台工作人員一言不發，直至辦理好把房卡擺在前台仍是一言不發，不是我們留意的話我們都不知道已經辦理好了，是彭燕同學提醒以及全程在和我們介紹設施以外我根本看不到，我們辦理完入住轉身走到樓梯間那兩位又在那裡哈哈大笑起來，我們17：00左右下來前台詢問路線，衹見彭燕同學在崗，另外二位是故事就不得而知了，5日早上10：45退房，我愛人把房卡退給了彭艷同學，當我們還未走到酒店停車場的時候，又聽見那兩位又在哈哈哈哈？的笑聲。我想問那兩位素未謀面從未有過交集的前台部美女，我們大老遠從異地過來配鑰匙，請問那兩位哈哈大笑的你們配幾把？ 請你們酒店管理層務必加強那兩位的服務意識。
Ps:你們給供應商反饋一下，你們的冰箱的電線無法連接到後面的插座，衹能搬出來接上面的，不然暑期高峯，瑞麗很熱來旅遊的很多人都需要喝冷飲的。
第二你們酒店內的快充其實是慢充，一小時衹充了45公里。請儘快與該平台服務公司反饋。

酒店還不錯，陳設佈局比較舒服，蠻有格調的，還可以在頂樓喝喝咖啡 看看日落 泡泡温泉環境非常好 拍照也很出片 前台的引導服務做的也可以，推薦一手，房間温馨，前台人員服務態度很温和，地理位置也非常好，非常便捷，總體很棒，下次還會再來入住，非常滿意哦！

房間乾淨，服務員態度熱情，早餐豐富，而且早餐時間延長10:30，很人性化！因為瑞麗是一座晚睡晚起的城市，我住過這麼夠酒店10:30還能吃到早餐的很少！馬桶傍邊有消毒巾，對愛乾淨的人來説，這個很貼心！
