假期和朋友一起出行，訂的同一個酒店，大家都很滿意，酒店新中式的裝修風格非常新穎，前台小姐姐服務非常熱情，我覺得前台的糖果非常好吃，她們很熱情地給我抓了一大把，給我分享連結。晚上到金泉路去吃宵夜，瑞麗美食太好吃啦！，下次還來！

第一次到瑞麗這座邊境小城 前台的小姐姐太熱情了 剛到酒店大門就跑過來幫我們提行李 因為帶着孩子我們看了房間後在網上現場定的 定了雙床 房間裏孩子還能跟他們家的智能小度玩 酒店附近晚上宵夜也特別多很好吃 最後晚上一定去頂樓看看 下次來還住他們家 推薦

環境不錯，酒店裝修很大氣，前台小姐姐態度很好，客房阿姨很熱情，需要什麼第一時間就送到，全智能語音控制很方便，早餐也不錯，米線點名誇獎，很喜歡，地理位置不錯，不遠就是珠寶城，周邊美食也很多，整體體驗感還是很不錯的，蠻驚喜，還是很推薦的，下次出差還來😊

先説結論：在瑞麗非常推薦的酒店
服務：服務流程很完整，從入住到離店都有感覺被關注和照顧，服務人員熱情、客氣、專業、負責。對小朋友也非常友好 耐心 貼心，這個是在其他酒店不常感受到的，
設施：客房及酒店硬件設施挑不出毛病，客房在顏值有保障的情況下還能很好用，沒有偏科。水系統沒毛病，熱水供應、水壓都很好
衞生：打掃乾淨及時，
餐廳：味道不錯 大人小朋友吃的都蠻好的

本來抱着試試看的心態來住這家酒店的，結果卻出乎意料的滿意！酒店裝修豪華有檔次；服務從前台接待，到客服部，都非常熱情；而且他家的早餐也超級好吃，品類很多，還有我來雲南必吃的米線！強烈推薦各位來瑞麗一定要來住這家安豪温泉大酒店！五星好評！

酒店大堂空間大。有地面停車場，方便停車。房間超大，整潔衞生。床非常舒適，床單被套乾爽，被子厚薄合適。空調控制精準。房間內傢俱用品佈置合理，擺放行李、物品的架子和枱麪比較多，方便客房。沒有小冰箱。有寫字枱，方便寫東西。
早餐品種太少。
酒店位置就在市中心，周邊有許多餐廳可選擇，比較方便。

住這個酒店太安心了，安全又衞生，電梯刷卡才能上樓，位置也很方便，酒店對面就是玉石城，周邊吃飯很方便，各種美食，服務員小姐姐也非常熱情，餐廳的咖啡是現磨的，非常棒👍🏻

原本很好的一個酒店，硬件設施性價比還是比較高的。可惜管理確實混亂，吐槽的是，下午六點半到酒店，這麼晚了，給了我們一個房間，進去一看，竟然是沒有打掃衞生的房間，裏面一塌混塗。打電話給前台後，説是現在人多很忙，竟然把我們晾在那裡很久，也不來人，也不解決。再次打電話，説馬上來人。又過了很久，第三次打電話催促，來了搞衞生的服務員。看着要很久，最後在我的要求下換了一個房間。雖然過去了這麼久，想想還是很不爽
