Welcomed by staff, very polite and helpful. The room was very nice and spacious, bedroom and bathroom was very clean! Very family friendly, next door to beefeater which we went to. Just loved it all round, very nice experience so thank you very much!

The hotel is good, clean and efficient. Check your booking as I thought I'd pre paid until I got there, even though I had paid and got confirmation of booking and an advanced rate. Parking and location is great for business purposes and the pub next door is handy for a bite to eat in the evening. The breakfast was ok, I was eating towards the end of service and the food was warm at best and a bit dry, but edible.

Lovely warm welcome at check in staff are so attentive and very helpful , rooms slightly dated however very clean added bonus off a beefeater restaurant next door could not fault my stay and if in the area again would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, 5 mins off the motorway. Added bonus of a Beefeater on site, ample free parking, rooms are modern, clean and tidy and serviced by a lift so no issues with transporting case. Really friendly on site team and would definitely recommend as a stop off if your visiting this area of the country as you within easy reach of Manchester and Liverpool.

Stayed at the Premier Inn Runcorn for a singular night, overall, the experience is generally what you expect from a Premier Inn. We paid £65 for the night, which is fairly reasonable in our view. We were welcomed by two very friendly staff members, who we bumped into numerous times around the hotel. They were always offering help, and even opening the doors as we walked through! Top notch service. The room was fairly clean, although there was detritus on the floors under the beds, plus the bed linen was stained with blood spots and a mysterious dried substance spatter on the duvet... I dread to think what that could be! Additionally, our room lacked any hanging space for clothing. Location of the hotel is ideal for nearby amenities. However, it's VERY close to the m56. If you fall asleep easily to the thunder of passing HGVs, then this hotel is for you! Our room backed onto the motorway carriage way, which was less than 5 meters away. The triple glazing did little to stifle the motorway noise sadly. Would I stay again at a Premier Inn? Hell yes, they are one of the hotel chains I use the most. However, would I use the Runcorn Premier Inn again... perhaps not, which is a great shame as the staff are lovely.

Went here to attend a 70th birthday party with friends on 22/02/25. Venue, food, staff, music, photographer all excellent. The facilities were clean, cosy and service was impeccable. Food was amazing, really good atmosphere. Staff were helpful and friendly. A particular shout out to Rebekah and Angela who were amazing. Thank you, I would recommend this venue.
