Great place to chill for a night or 2. Front desk were very helpful. Let me check in early too. Definitely come back if I’m in the area again

Checking in, took ages (Stacey far too slow and whilst personable I feel I knew everything about the person in front of me in the queue by the time it got to my turn to check in. Only one set of towels in room, asked twice for more, service not the best.

Thank you Stacey and Fahrit, you both went above and beyond 👍👍. Your level of customer service is second to none. By far the best customer service I've experienced at a chain hotel ever. Plus the good nights sleep has me rested and raring to go 👍👍

I stayed here so I could go to Thorpe park. I haven't even left yet and I am singing their praises, especially Brandon who gave me and my family a very warm welcome and had a very enthusiastic chat about theme parks and our stay! He really set a positive mood to the place. The beds are comfy and their is sufficient room. I can't really ask for more than there is. A great price too! Money we'll spent. Big thanks to Brandon!!

We stayed at Addlestone Premier Inn for 2 nights over the Easter holidays. We used this for a base whist we used the local Merlin attractions. This is a perfect location for access for Chessington WOA, Thorpe Park and trains into London. There is a small highstreet right outside with a cinema, take aways as well as a Tesco. We stayed with 2 children and found the staff were fantastic and couldn't be more helpful!! (Especially Holly in the restaurant and the guy on reception who saw to our frequent brew resupplies!) The room was really clean and was more than big enough for the four of us. We will definitely be staying here again when we travel down to London (also not in the ULEZ).

We stayed at the premier inn Addlestone on 02-04-2024. pleasant check in and even more pleasant breakfast service. All staff members we encountered were friendly and super approachable, especially the girls during our breakfast service. Breakfast chef also very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. no complaints from me and my family.

This is the second time my son and I have stayed here, both times coming to go to local attractions like Brooklands etc. We returned because my son liked it so much on our first visit! It is clean and comfortable, and its easy to rest and relax there. I was particularly impressed by the staff, who on both of our visits went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. An absolute stand-out is Brandon in front of house, who remembered us from our first visit, and took fantastic care of us. He is a legend, and if Premiere Inn had someone like him in every hotel, it would be the greatest hotel chain in history. We will back. My son loves it here.

Room was disgusting a not cleaned even tho a member of staff went to check a said it was ready it was not ! The bath room wasn’t cleaned not enough towels for us as a family an still wasn’t sorted after asking first time needed to keep going back to complain until I found one member of staff who actually gave a dam evening dinner service was horrific that we didn’t eat there ended up going out for food the poor chef they got in had to bring his child to work then there was no hair nets used while doing the food. Breakfast next morning just as bad !! Tables which were being looked after by a certain member of staff were dirty sticky a dam right horrible ! When I checked in the service was horrible also explained that on the Sunday we needed to leave earlier than expected was told I could be given bread as an alternative this is not acceptable! We also found bugs in one our beds which I have a photo of in the next room we were moved to the bed covers were badly stained we didn’t end up staying the full night the second night my husband got a couple of hours sleep an we just got up an left !! Not what we paid for very upset given the reason we were staying there for the weekend was due to a family emergency this stay just added more unnecessary stress all I wanted was a comfortable stay This did not happen !! The only decent thing about the stay was one member of staff call Stacey she tired her absolute hardest to help an sort stuff out but there was only so much she could do when the rest of the staff didn’t work with her to help !

Room, location, price was as expected. Breakfast was absolutely fine, evening meal was terrible, the food wasn’t poor quality, it was actually ok when it arrived, it was the lack of staff and wait times which disappointed us. Only 4 small tables eating in hotel restaurant on a Friday night including ours but took 2 hours to serve dinner. No bar and wasn’t offered drinks after the first one we ordered. The staff are checking people in the then rush back to the restaurant. Spoilt the overall experience really, shame as everything else was ok.
