做了攻略，看到不少好評論才訂了這家酒店，卻沒想到是我們出行一個月最差的住店體驗。提前要求了無煙處理，並註明是肺部術後，到了後前台説他們沒法限制人抽煙，顯然他們沒有重視客户要求的習慣，也不願意做無煙處理，或者提前備房，哪怕通個風什麼的。奇怪的是，下午看房時房間較悶，但不覺得有煙味，可過了幾個小時晚上回來發現屋裡濃煙燻人，就好像有一屋子的人剛抽過煙一樣，找酒店讓人來看了，他們也承認煙確實大，但不知從哪裡來的。不高興的是，他們説衹能加錢換套間（這種情況下酒店居然讓我們加一百多差價換房間！）可是我看了套間，卧室非常擠，比我們本來訂的房間小多了，外面有單獨的我們不需要也覺得難看的會客廳，價格還高很多。於是我們選擇了不換房間，開窗通風，以為這樣就沒事了。不料早上吃完飯回來發現一夜就睡在這個煙味繚繞的屋子--這酒店不知什麼結構，能從別屋或者樓下（也許有餐館）把煙傳進來。也許是馬桶邊的這個敞開的噁心的洞（下圖1）？或者奇葩通風系統？衞生方面是我們這次出遊一個月做得最差的，主要是衞生間的打掃要求太低了，見圖2和3。不按要求提前備房，和讓我們加錢換我們更不喜歡的結構的房間的做法也看出酒店看重的是一次性的買賣，而不是客户體驗和長遠。這次出行一個月，住了這麼多賓館，三星四星居多，偶爾五星，我其實很容易滿足，衹有兩家沒有得到我的五星好評，這個是第二家。遺憾！ 順便説一句，若羌是個很值得去的地方，博物館含金量極高，衹是這家酒店沒法推薦。
