預訂的是養心谷獨棟別墅A型一房，入住當天16:15左右到酒店辦理入住，告知園區擺渡車的司機下班了，需要自己拖着行李步行至房間，養心谷別墅區離酒店大堂步行要十幾分鍾。入住的房間設施極其陳舊，門鎖搖搖欲墜，水龍頭生澀難轉，淋浴水流非常小，更有很多設施生銹發黴，浴巾怪味，浴袍破爛不堪，房間內含的温泉池也無人打掃，旁邊擺放的花盆內都是腐壞的植物，1千多一晚的房費，實在難以理解，體驗感極差！

國慶節前比較有性價比的，房間比較寬敞，房間還有浴缸出乎意料！酒店大廳有個圖書館，山上無邊温泉人少空氣好，邊泡邊看書很巴適！衹是其他功能性温泉並沒有管理好，我連續在早、午、晚三個不同時間去泡過，連瑤浴等葯草葯都沒見到，也提醒過前台依然不理會，温泉名不符實，比較失望😮💨

設施：酒店設施比較老舊，房間燈光很昏暗
衞生：衞生狀況一般，拖鞋一股味道，而且明顯可見的臟點，温泉洗浴間的尿味也特別重，温泉池還行。
環境：周邊環境比較不錯，羣山環繞，僻靜幽深
服務：下午3點多去到前台説房間還沒打掃乾淨，然後讓我們先去房間放東西，然後我們就看到了還沒打掃的房間，有一種膈應的感覺，建議以後加快房間清理時間，同時如果還沒打掃好的房間最好不要讓入住的住客看到，這樣很影響住客的體驗和感受

優點：環境不錯，別墅就在樹叢中，車可以直接停在別墅獨立車位。房間空調夠勁，夏天來感受應該很明顯。床上用品觀感，觸感很好。雖然房間座機不通，不過通過手機聯繫，客服很快上門解決問題（房卡無效，熱水不穩）
不足：晚上高峯期熱水供應非常不穩定，熱水小的時候不如家裡凈化水大，所以洗澡最好是早上或者直接在温泉更衣室搞定。早餐接待能力不夠，找座位至少花了10多分鐘，建議早起。快充樁2個，不夠。
總體，受限於開業時間夠久，很多設施陳舊，不能報太大期望。周邊有農家菜，味道分量一般，價格不農家。另外看其他評論説有臭味，但這次住的養心谷二十三號院沒有特別的異味，臭味，挺好！工作人員接觸到的都挺不錯，贊一個！

國慶假期兩家人帶娃老老小小九個人過來韶山玩，訂了這個酒店。房間挺大，訂了三間房，其中垂釣房有點舊，禪意房裝修不錯，還有一個宇宙主題房，帶小娃的家庭挺喜歡的。早餐實在性價比太低了，多了小童每位28補錢，進去到處都是人廢了好久才找到位置，煮的粉都沒熟，菜基本空了，排隊打飲料居然好長的隊伍，都是質量很差的那種，體驗超級差。温泉不錯，但是每個房間衹有兩張票，小童要補58一位，第二天還要再補，不太好。

衞生還可以，酒店設施有點老了，有年代感，應急葯物準備也不齊全，臨時頭痛布洛芬那些都沒有，在明知度假區的醫務室早早下班且最近的葯店也得開車十幾二十分鐘的情況下這麼大個酒店居然沒有應急葯品這一點太拉垮了。

如果不是國慶酒店價格翻了三倍其他的都挺好的，很有瑤族風味的度假村，也有一些驚喜，服務也算不錯！就是早餐上菜速度太慢導致客户排老長的隊，品總和品質也需要提升，也可能是粵北小縣城沒有做好突然接受如此大的客流原因，其他的都還OK！酒店雖久但是維護還行，竹子類的裝飾在山區黴雨季必然會發黴，可見其維護花費了功夫！
