Отель расположен в 25-30 минутах ходьбы до пешеходной улицы. До Кремля дошли за 15 минут. Находится в районе жилой застройки во дворе. Большая бесплатная парковка огорожена. Внешний вид отеля достаточно аскетичный, внутри комфортно и уютно. Останавливались на одну ночь. Номер бронировали на 3-м этаже. На этом этаже все окна в номерах расположены под потолком. В номере было два окна. Чисто. Очень тепло. Удобные матрасы. Большая ванная комната. Есть мини холодильник. То ли соседи были тихие, то ли звукоизоляция хорошая:). Отель был полностью заселен. Неожиданно вкусный и разнообразный завтрак шведский стол для категории отеля 3 звезды. Рекомендую.

Брала улучшенный номер за 2700 руб, что бы был стол для работу . Номер для поспать. Кровать удобная, подушки нет. Вечером села поработать- над столом света не хватает и нет лампы дополнительной. В ванной душ ставится строго вертикально, приходится снимать и мыться одной рукой, вода уходит плохо. Слышимость сильная, по коридору идут и у тебя в номере ходуном все. В номере был запах толи от мебели, толи от двери пластиковой входной - спала с приоткрытым окном, так как душно. Кондиционер висит- но пульта нет))) в номере кружки, стаканы - чай берите с собой. В ванной пакетик с гелем до душа и шампунт, тапочки одноразовые - это все из принадлежностей. Вода в кулере на этажа холодная и горячая. Шторы вечером задергиваешь - облезшие углы и пыль под батареями. Вообщем цена на мой взгляд завышена. Завтраки включены. Ну что то съесть можно , писать много не буду. Кофе не вкусный.

Прекрасный небольшой отель. Уютный и чистый номер. Великолепный завтрак. Большой выбор. Очень вкусный кофе. Все очень доброжелательны. Если вернёмся ещё раз в Рязань, то поедем именно в этот отель. Единственное, что до центра надо чуток пройтись, но зато недалеко от парка с набережной. Вобщем остались только положительные эмоции, даже по прошествии времени.

Были с подругами в этом отеле с 15 по 16 мая 2022 г. Номер 3-местный большой, с огромными потолками. Кафе очень уютное, завтрак вкусный. Машину оставляли на парковке отеля. В холле есть кулер. Очень рекомендую.
