"A pretty good choice for a short stay. The room is quiet and spacious enough. Would definitely stay again. Convenient location as shopping centre is just across the road. Only issue I faced was the Trip.com listing said there was free parking but when I got to reception I had to pay for parking."

"We stopped at the Royal Hotel Ryde on a family road trip from Melbourne to Byron Bay and it worked exactly as needed. The pub dining setup was a real plus. It allowed friends from Sydney to join us easily for dinner without fuss, which turned a transit stop into a proper catch-up. Rooms were comfortable enough for a one-night stay, and everything was straightforward. Most importantly, the overnight stay made the next morning start smooth and efficient, getting us back on the road without stress. Practical, social, and well located for a road trip stop."
