The property itself was lovely and the food especially breakfast was first class. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside was noisy neighbour but that was just unlucky .

Nice clean hotel nice staff food overpriced for the quality. Drinks also on expensive side. Spa nice but difficult to use hydro pool and swimming pool due to amount of people using the facilities

Looking at various photos of rooms on the hotel website it would appear that some rooms have been fully refurbished. Our room (no 52) was adequate but being located over the gym we could hear people running on the treadmill or lifting weights fairly early in the morning. We found the mattress a little hard and the duvet a little on the thin side for this time of year. The room was clean but felt a in need of some TLC especially the bathroom.The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We would return but not to that particular room.

The facilities were perfect, the room was spacious, clean and lovely with a massive bed. Staff was extremely friendly and also had a great dinner there. It’s a great value for money. Just lovely

Second visit to this lovely hotel, will definitely be returning. Only thing we would prefer is a buffet breakfast.
