On our final night of a 10 day break. The hotel is spotless, staff are always cleaning and very friendly. Quick check in . Reception again, very friendly and always happy to help. . We had a twin room, all twin rooms seem to look over the pool . Decent size with 2 beds, sofa bed, dressing table, large tv with a few English channels, small open wardrobe and shelves. Mini fridge. The bathroom was modern, with a walk in shower. The towel were always changed. Cleaners always did a good job. The rooms are very well soundproofed, we heard nothing from either room next door to us. We always found a sun bed, whatever time of day, which was great . And there is an abundance of fixed umbrellas , it seemed about 1 to every 3 beds. The pool was never crowded. The food was plentiful , lots of choice, always salad , pasta , meat dishes and themed buffet. Cooking station Was fab. Pancakes churros and omelette made to order every morning. The pudding were amazing, the best I've had. The only criticism is that the fruit juice was very very watered down, which for me made it undrinkable. A good addition to breakfast would be freshly squeezed juice . Entertainment- mini disco , very repetitive even for youngsters. Adult/ family shows - hit and miss, some brilliant , others mediocre . Location.- easy 2 minute walk to plenty of shops, and beach. Market on every Wednesday from 6pm is great and huge, lots of local art/ craft fares. Lilos were widely used La reserva water park.. great for a day away from hotel pool. Stunning setting, few slides great pool , plenty of good and drink available. . Huge supermarket to rear of hotel if anything needed. Very young family oriented . Although a predominantly German hotel, as a Brit, I thoroughly enjoyed and will definately return.
