Cm Mallorca Palace - Only Adults

Beautiful rooms, balcony perfect and all facing over pool. Food (breakfast and dinner) all lovely and super clean restaurant. Staff were lovely, great language skills and check in was a real treat - no stress, a chat and a drink. Gym was good and never busy at all. Just an amazing hotel!

What a relaxed vacation - from check-in till check-out. If you're looking for a clean hotel, where the entire staff is just fantastic and the food always delicious, the CM Mallorca Place is the right place to be. This has been our first vacation in an adults only hotel, but it was for sure not our last one. We could just relax.

All in all, a fantastic hotel, the grounds, pool and staff are first class, our room I thought was a little 'tired' the shower leaked which we reported. This shouldn't detract from the fact that we had the most fantastic time at clearly the best hotel in the area.

From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on. Greeted off the coach with a warm welcome and a drink. Staff were amazing and always polite – a special mention to Yula for being a star (and for laughing at the lamp moment!). Fresh pool towels daily, spotless throughout, and the food was perfect. Will definitely be back.

Just returned from a really nice week at the Mallorca Palace. I really liked the Personalised check in, Rooms are very clean and tidy and the Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Pool is beautiful, and pool bar is good for snacks and cocktails. Breakfast lovely, lots of choice and GF options. Just need to ask someone and they will bring a separate tray of GF including bread, a croissant and roll. I was b&b but chose to pay for dinner at the hotel for a few nights as I found the restaurants in sa coma town didn’t have much GF choice. Buffet dinner was excellent, lots of choices and desserts were to die for! There’s a Bus stop right outside hotel which is great if you want to explore. Live entertainment every evening, excellent! There’s a Spa shop and chemist directly opposite the hotel which is really convenient and the beach is beautiful, only a short walk, however beware the 36€ for sun beds! Apparently the cheaper sun beds are located further down the beach. Slight negatives: Sun beds by the pool….Some Towels on beds by 7am!! I was in Cyprus last year and the hotel I was staying at had a system whereby you get allocated a sunbed upon check in. This was a great idea because it takes the stress and worry away from wondering if you’ll get a sun bed or not for that day. Please can the hotel look at introducing this system or something similar? Room - bathroom slightly outdated, the shower could be better, especially for a 5* hotel. Sa Coma was a bit too quiet for me personally, if you want something more lively then you can walk into calla Millor. Overall a really nice stay, the staff make this hotel, keep up the good work!

Nice welcome with room ready when we arrived at lunch time. Suite had lovely view of pool and was all as described. The good weather meant the pool was lovely and warm. Antonio the life guard was such a kind person and Yuli in the restaurant looked after guests in a happy style. On the Italian night we would have liked pizza to have been available too increase choices available. As we stayed in a suite for two weeks we thought not being able to use the balinese beds without paying extra money 37 euros per day was not what is expected in a five star hotel. On the day we left we had to leave very early we saw towels on sunbeds beds before 6.30 am! Entertainment was provided each night we were looking forward to the Motown evening but the singer was sadly very poor and this should have been obvious to the entertainment manager! On Sunday 29th June a singer sang 80s songs which very good. Local buses regularly stop both ways right outside the hotel and so we easily visited other resorts nearby - just pick up timetables from reception or the local tourist office.
