Absolutely gorgeous hotel, central location in walking distance to all ski lifts from the village. The rooms, lounge, dining areas and spa are all beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. We were fortunate to be the last guests of the season and received amazing service. Ivana in the hotel restaurant and Ben and Virag at the Eva Alm bar provided exceptional service as did the general manager of the Eva Alm bar. The food was incredible. I am vegetarian and was very well catered for, with the chef even taking time to ask about food preferences. This is very unusual in Austria, and a huge bonus of the hotel. I would come back here just for the food:) Overall a fabulous stay and Eva Village and Eva Alm bar the prettiest hotel/bar in the village. We will definitely return.

We were made so welcome at eva, Village. From the moment the wonderful doorman greeted us and whisked our bags away, to the glass of prosecco and efficient check in. We had asked for a larger room but were unable to have this on the first night when we booked so were going to move on day 2, however there had obviously been a change in bookings and to our surprise and delight we were directed to the room that I had wanted and with the view that I had requested. We were so pleased.

Excellent hotel, very warm and friendly staff. Great food, facilities are very good, especially the Spa area. Room we stayed in had received extensive modernisation and was very well equipped. Great ski room, superbly convenient for access to and off the slopes. Would happily return!.

recomend this hotel, ski in ski out and all need in one place, verry nice rooms,good service,when you arrive,good and nice pool. the service in the Bar was ok, but could be better

Skied in Saalbach with a friend and stayed in the hotel for four nights. Skiing in Austria every year for many years..... Got a large room on the 3rd floor and since we arrived late night they left us in the room a light dinner which was great an much appreciated.... Pros: - The best location in town; 75 meters from the two main ski lifts. - Large clean room. - Friendly front desk with high responsiveness. Cons: - The main con is the food, breakfast is boring with limited verity ...... - Despite the fact that we booked half board after the first night we decided to eat dinners outside.....and so did many of the hotel's guests... - The staff in the restaurant is not inviting BESIDE the AMAZING GINA that did her best to make us feel welcoming.... thank you Gina. - Old decor both in the lobby and the room.... - The spa is old fashion and not fun enough ..... after a day of skiing... Over all with limited expectation i would recommend the hotel... avoid dinner and expects relative lower value to same price range hotels I have stayed in Austria...
